We are able to identify and acquire distribution rights of certain products with market potential from our suppliers. We are the only provincial distributor of all those major products in Zhejiang province under exclusive
distribution agreements with suppliers of those products. This reflects our Group’s distribution and
sales capability in Zhejiang province and distinguishs ourselves among the same peers in Zhejiang
province, which will arouse the awareness of our Group to potential suppliers or distributor customers.

(i) Value added services to our suppliers
Our Group, as an established pharmaceutical distributor with a focus in Zhejiang province, together with our senior management, namely, Mr. Zhou, Mr. Dai, Ms. Yang, with
more than 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, allows us to leverage on their
market knowledge, experience, sensitivity and network in Zhejiang province, and provide
the following value added services to our suppliers, which include:

(ii) Value added services to our Distributor Customers
Our Group would provide a good platform for such Distributor Customers to source different products with reasonable price and good quality without bearing any sales or purchase commitments, which also enhance flexibility in inventory management of those Distributor Customers. We, with a good relationship with the medical practitioners, medical scholars and medical institutions, will collaborate with our suppliers to organize marketing activities such as product launching event and large scale seminars and training to promote the awareness and familiarity of our products to the targeted medical institutions and practitioners in provincial level whereas our Distributor Customers are not willing to spend resource on marketing
activities and prefer to rely on the marketing resources provided by our Group for the market
development of the products.

We have an experienced sales and marketing team
Our sales and marketing team directly interact with our suppliers, Distributor Customers and
the medical institutions and practitioners in the PRC to ensure that our products are recognised in
the pharmaceutical industry throughout the PRC, especially in Zhejiang province.

Our management team has extensive experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical industry
While our Group commenced pharmaceutical distribution business in 2008, our management team has accumulated extensive experience in the PRC pharmaceutical industry. In
particular, three of our executive Directors namely Mr. Zhou, Mr. Dai,
Ms. Yang, all have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
We believe that with our industry expertise, professional management skills and strong execution capability, our management team will be able to successfully implement our strategies in the fast growing pharmaceutical distribution industry in the PRC.
